On personal request

All the citizens of the Republic of Serbia can use the MMA's diagnsostic and therapeutic services at their request and their own charge. They can seek those kinds of services with the Diagnostic Outpatient Clinic within its working hours (from 04,30 a.m. and 07,30 p.m., Monday through Friday) but a timely appointment scheduled through the Appointment Office is required. (Tel: 381 11 2662717, 3609398, 3609399 and 3608498).

There are no appointment requirements for emergencies, but the direct billing procedure is applied for all the services rendered in such cases.
