About Department

Human Resources Department deals with the status of MMA employees, develops documents governing the status of all the employees of the Military Medical Academy (active –duty service members and civilians) according to Decisions on their authorities and responsibilities, keeps and updates Human Resources Information System, maintains records on Human Resources Capacity and proposes solutions, deals with MMA organizational structure and proposes amendments and annexes, executes decisions and orders of superior organs and submits reports by calendar.

Department Head – Colonel Sava Nesic

Colonel Sava Nesic is the head of MMA Human Resources Department. He was born on 09.04.1955, in the Šljivovica village, Municipality of Vučitrn, AP of Kosovo. Upon complition of secondary education, he graduated from the Army Military Academy and General-Staff School. He served in Zagreb, Kosovska Mitrovica and Belgrade performing important duties in the Military Technical Center, Military Gymnasium, Military Academy, High Military Schools Center, Morale and PR Department of the AF GS, MoD Secretariat, Material Resources Sector and currently in the Human Resources Department as its head. He was extraordinary promoted into the rank of Colonel.
