Military Medical Academy is a member of the International Committee of Military Medicine (ICMM), Balkan Committee of Military Medicine, participating as well in the activities of NATO COMEDS (Committee of the Chiefs of Military Medical Services in NATO).

The 17th Congress of the Committee of Military Medicine has been organized in Belgrade between May 29, 2012 and June 1, 2012, while 3rd Pan European Congress of Military Medicine is scheduled to take place in Belgrade during the period June 2-6, 2014.
