Teaching-Scientific Council  
The Teaching-Scientific Council has 83 members including teachers, associates and research fellows working in the Military Medical Academy service. The Council members elected by secret voting have four-year mandatory.
All MMA’s employees with teaching, scientific or associates fellowship have the right to vote. During the election procedure the proportional attendance of the members covering the fields of medicine, dentistry and pharmacy is respected. The head of the Military Medical Academy is the president of the Teaching-Scientific Council.
The regular sessions of the Teaching-Scientific Council are taking place every last Thursday in month, except for July and August, with the additional ones if needed. In May and November beside the regular sessions, the elective sessions are organized with the assignment of electing teaching, scientific and associate titles.
