The MMA organizes examinations at the Health Festival

The Military Medical Academy will take part in the Spring Health Festival, which will be held under the slogan "For Healthy Descendants" from April 12 to April 13, 2018 at the Serbian Dom Vojske in Belgrade (Brace Jugovic 19). The MMA stand will be open both days of the Festival.
On the first day of the festival, radiologists of the MMA will perform preventive ultrasound examinations of carotid arteries and arteries of the lower extremities, while during the second day, the MMA vascular surgeons will provide citizens with manual examinations and consultations on ultrasound findings. During both working days, all interested citizens will have the opportunity to do blood pressure screening.
At the MMA and the daily "Blic" forum, the Head of the MMA Clinic for Gastroenterology and Hepatology Colonel Prof. Dr. Radoje Doder will held a lecture on Thursday, April 12, 2018, between 17.05 and 18.00., while Dr. Svetlana Antic from the MMA Nephrology Clinic will take part at the RTV "Studio B" forum on Friday, April 13, 2018, between 2 pm and 2:30 pm. On the same day, at the medical forum of the Military Medical Academy and the daily newspapers "Politika", from 14:30 to 15:30, Prof. dr Vesna Begovic Kupresanin from the MMA Clinic for Infectious and Tropical Diseases, Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Zeljko Jadranin from the Institute of Epidemiology of the MMA and Dr. Olivera Nestorovic from the Children's Dispensary of the Specialist Outpatient Clinic of the MMA will participate in.
In the framework of continuing medical education on Friday, April 13, 2018, from 13.00 to 14.00 hours, a lecture on ethical problems in psychiatry will be held by Dr. Igor Radulovic from the MMA Psychiatry Clinic.
At the MMA stand during both days of the Festival, all interested persons will be able to sign donor cards and in this way support the Republic's organ bequeathing campaign.
The entrance to the Health Festival is free, and the attendance at accredited lectures will provide health workers with license renewal credits.
