A lecture titled "The quantification of traditional Chinese medicine theory and the new tech of arteficial inteligence” was held at the Military Medical Academy by Prof. Dr. Zhang Huailiang from the Institute of Dermatology, the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and the Beijing Union Medical College.

A complex surgical procedure for the removal of liposarcoma - a rare type of tumor of large size was successfully performed in the Military Medical Academy, owing to the multidisciplinary treatment approach. The patient's (51-year-old) condition was stable and was discharged from the hospital for further home treatment.
