Complaints
In case that during your treatment at the MMA any problems arise or in case you are dissatisfied with your treatment in our Institution you can submit a written complaint.
In order to investigate in detail and resolve complaints it is crucial that you state all relevant data related to a case, and your complaints will be resolved as soon as possible.
It is necessary to state:
