British Military Doctors Completed "War Surgery and Toxicology" Education at MMA

Four-day course covering the fields of war surgery and toxicology started today at the Military Medical Academy. It is intended for four military doctors coming from Great Britain.
As pointed out by course coordinators Head of the MMA surgical clinics group Colonel Prof. Dr. Nebojsa Jovic and Head of the MMA Clinic for Plastic Surgery and Burns Lt. Col. Asst. Prof. Dr. Nenad Stepic, this is one of many purposeful and bilaterally agreed activities, adapted to both sides so that they could share their mutual knowledge and experiences concerning these specific medical branches.
Representatives of Britain military medical team, headed by Colonel Dr. Alan Kay, will also participate at the final part of demonstration exercise "Fall 2014" organized by the MMA Military Medical Training Center and scheduled to take place Thursday, November 20th, 2014 under the title: “The management of the injured and sick in a natural catastrophe situation – an earthquake”.
