A four-member working group of the University of Defence "Vasil Levski" and Military Academy "G.S. Rakovski" of Bulgaria led by the deputy of the Military Academy head Colonel Dr. Ljubomir Cvetkov Simeonov paid a visit to the Military Medical Academy.

The dean of the MMA’s Medical School, Belgrade University of Defence Brig. Gen. Academician Prof. Dr. Miodrag Colic and head of the MMA’s Sector for Education and Scientific Research Colonel Prof. Dr. Predrag Romic presented educational and scientific research system realized at Military Medical Academy to the Bulgarian delegation. Having in mind that Bulgaria also disposes with the Military Medical Academy but not with the School to educate future military doctors, guests were introduced with the opportunities of undergraduate and graduate studies at the MMA as well as the courses in various fields of military medicine.

Bulgarian part expressed its interest for the cooperative possibilities on multiple levels, as those related in student and staff exchange programs and partnership work in specialized magazines.
