Defence Minister Zoran Djordjevic visited ten members of the Ministry of Defence and the firemen of the Emergency Situations Department of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia, who are hospitalized at the Military Medical Academy for injuries sustained in the explosion at the Technical Overhaul Institution in Kragujevac.

Acting Head of the Military Medical Academy Colonel Prof. Dr. Miroslav Vukosavljevic, together with the medical staff on call, informed the Minister Djordjevic about the condition of the injured, that they are recovering and that all necessary medical measures are taken in order to successfully complete the hospital treatment.

During a visit to the Military Medical Academy, Minister Djordjevic was assured that Sergeant I Class Milos Novakovic, injured in a car accident near Vladicin Han and hospitalized in the intensive care unit, is successfully recovering from his injuries.

Defense Minister visited also a member of the Management Board of the European Athletics Federation Luciano Bara, who was hospitalized at the Clinic for Neurology after the injuries sustained after the fall during the European Athletics Championships which is held in Belgrade. Luciano Bara thanked the Minister for his wishes for a quick recovery and conveyed his gratitude to the doctors at the MMA for their efficient help.

During the visit of patients in the ICU, the ENT Clinic, neurosurgery and surgery, Minister Djordjevic visited a student from Prizren, who is studying medicine in Pristina and gave her a book wishing her to become as soon as possible a good and dedicated physician. However, the Minister met the student during his previous visits to the ICU.
