Traditional annual meeting of Rheumatology Section of the Serbian Medical Society organized by the Clinic for Rheumatology of the Military Medical Academy was held at the MMA.

President of Rheumatology Section Prof. Dr Marija Radak Perovic and MMA’s Head of the Clinic for Rheumatology Prof. Dr Dusan Stefanovic spoke in introductory part of a meeting, and also discussed about activities of the Section in the previous year, achieved results, and also about plans in order to improve profession in the following period.

The professional part of meeting encompassed lectures given by MMA’s physicians Prof. Dr Branislav Glisic and Dr Ksenija Bozic related to problems of various aspects of demyelination as well as side-effects during the therapy with TNF alpha blockers and clinical manifestation within systemic connective tissue disorders.
