Belgrade, June 22 - The first inaugural assembly of the Veterinarians Association within the Defence System was held at the Military Medical Academy. The Association is a professional organization of Veterinarians within the Defence System and would become a part of Veterinary Chamber of the Republic of Serbia. Major Predrag Maslovaric from the Veterinary School Center was appointed as the president of the Association. The MoD Health Department head Brig.Gen, Assist. Prof. Vejko Todorovic, MD, PhD, and the president of the Serbian Veterinary Chamber Predrag Rasic, M.D. attended the assembly. Many health problems of the modern era  require to be addressed and coped with by applying    a common and integrated approach and through cooperative efforts of experts of humane and veterinary medicine as well.
