28.12.2011 | Prize of the MMA Nuclear Medicine Institute
At the official Award Ceremony, organized by the MMA Nuclear Medicine Institute, the „Milovan Antić“ Prize has continuously been awarded for 16 years. The prize was named after Prof. Antić, a pioneer of nuclear medicine and a former head of the MMA Nuclear Medicine Institute, and is awarded for the best paper published in an international magazine covering this field.

"Military Medical Review“, the magazine of the Armed Forces physicians and pharmacist, housed at the MMA Scientific Information Institute, is one of this year’s winners of the „Sun Clock “ prize awarded by the Serbian Clinical Center (CCS. This prize has been continuously awarded for 15 years on the occasion of the 27th December, the Day of Clinical Center of Serbia, the largest healthcare institution in our country.
20.12.2011 | Minister launches a new linear accelerator at the MMA
Minister Sutanovac launched today a new linear accelerator at the Institute of Radiology, at the Military Medical Academy. This piece of newly acquired equipment is intended for patients with malignant changes in their body and each shift will be able to treat up to 40 patients, six patients per hour, which will significantly reduce the number of those on waiting lists.

The Minister of Health Dr. Zoran Stanković paid a visit to the Military Medical Academy, where he met with the MMA’ s head Col. Prof. Dr. Marijan Novaković and his associates.
